Terms & Conditions- CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE 

     PRIVATE ONLINE STAFF SALE 10 - 13 June 2026 

 

[General] 

* Admission is strictly by invitation only. 

* Sale or transfer of invitations to others is strictly forbidden.  

* No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms (e.g. Line, Instagram, Facebook, Red Book, WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok etc.) Any content found on social media will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order and disciplinary action. 

[Product & Pricing] 

* Purchases are for personal use only- purchase on behalf of others are strictly forbidden. 

* Reselling of items to other people, through any channel including informal/personal/second hand goods stores/internet are strictly forbidden and will lead to disciplinary sanctions up to dismissal without notice.  

* Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.  

* All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 

* Final prices are determined at checkout.  

* No additional discount is given to the net price per each item. 

* Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim.  

* All sold merchandise will be marked, and/or tags and plastics will be removed. 

* Any violation of the above regulations may result in permanent suspension of any current and future private sale privilege.  

* For all online claims, you must contact OnTheList team at contact@th.onthelist.com to notify us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order on any functional defects on the product. 

 [Quota] 

* Purchases are restricted to the following number of pieces per invitee during the whole sale period, as specified in the 'Purchase Quota' section in the EDM invitation  

* Only 1 delivery address per invite. 

* Quota carry over from Offline sale. 

* Limited to 2 transactions per staff 

[Payment] 

* Payment by credit card / debit card (Visa, Mastercard) 

* Payment by QR code bank transfer 

* Payment only in THB 

[Delivery] 

* The delivery fee will be calculated at the Checkout 

* Estimated delivery time: 10-14 days  

* Each order is limited to one single delivery address and the recipient's name at the delivery address must be the same person who made the purchase. 

[General Provisions] 

* Christian Dior Couture (Thailand) Co. and OnTheList (Thailand) Co., Ltd reserve the right to make the final decision for access to the sale, sale of products and in any disputes.  

* Internet Explorer is not advisable to browse the sale.
