[General] 

  • Admission is strictly by invitation only for SAINT LAURENT (Thailand) Co., Ltd and F&F of group brands/companies  

  •  Sale or transfer of invitations to others is strictly forbidden.   

  •  No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms, including Line, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHong Shu,WeChat, Weibo, TikTok, etc. Any content found on social media will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order and disciplinary action.

[Product & Pricing] 

  • Purchases are for personal use only. Purchases on behalf of others are strictly forbidden.

  • Reselling of product(s) purchased from the sale with or without profit/commission to other parties, either personallyor via a second-hand store/online community marketplace, is strictly prohibited and will lead to disciplinarysanctions up to dismissal without notice.

  • All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Final prices are determined at checkout. 

  • All sold merchandise will be marked, and/or tags and plastics will be removed.

  • Limit of 5 transactions by invitees

  • No additional discount is given to the net price per each item.

  • Prices may be adjusted during the Staff Sale. Such adjustments are not applicable to any prior purchases and cannot bethe base for any claim.

  • All products will be sold in “as is” condition, final sale basis, and some products may present slight imperfections.Please inspect the condition of the product carefully before purchase as NO RETURN, EXCHANGE, NOR REFUND ISALLOWED.

  • Any violation of the above regulations may result in the permanent suspension of any current and future private saleprivileges. 

  • For all online claims, you must contact OnTheList team at contact@th.onthelist.com to notify us on any functional defects onthe product within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order by the carrier.  

[Quota] 

  • Only 1 delivery address per invite. 

  • Reset Quota from Offline sale 

  • Purchases are restricted to the following number of pieces per invitee during the whole sale period, as specified in the 'Purchase Quota' section  

  • Maximum 5 baskets per staff.

[Payment] 

  • Payment by credit card / debit card (Visa, Mastercard).

  • PromptPay QR code

  • Payment only in THB.

[Delivery] 

  • Free delivery on all orders above THB 2,500, delivery charge of THB 130 for orders under.  

  • Each order is limited to one single delivery address 

  • Delivery starting from 21 April onwards due to the SongKran holidays. 

  • To complete the delivery, customers must confirm the delivery date by responding to the courier’s phone call. If the call is missed, the courier will not proceed with the delivery.
